Technical Committee
Membership will consist of officials from Ministries constituting the Ministers Council in addition to the Chairman.1. Committee of Directors of Research Institutes' (CODRI)
2. Representative from each of the Universities
3. Manufactures Association of Nigeria (MAN)
4. National Association of Chambers of Commerce
5. Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA).
6. Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology
7. Chief Executive of the Biotechnology Development Agency

These groups are to serve as the Chairman and Secretary of this Technical Committee respectively.

The Honorable Minister of Science and Technology and the Chief Executive of the Biotechnology Development Agency are to serve as Chairman and Secretary of this Council respectively.
