VISION: Deployment of biotechnology for the socio-economic development of Nigeria

MISSION: To play a catalytic role in the sustainable development of bioresources and bio-enterprises through emerging science and technologies to solve nutritional, health, environmental, and economic problems of Nigeria.

ACTIVITIES:

* Development of the blue print of NABDA Biotechnology Consultancy Services.
* Training own staff in management consulting.
* Identification studies on potential private and public client organizations for NABDA consultancy services.
* Preparation of unit’s activity plan.
* Development of Database of biotechnology research findings with commercialization potentials.
* Development Database of biotechnology institutions in Nigeria and their specific functions.
* Provision of consultancy services on bio-enterprises development and management.

FUNCTIONS:
To provide result oriented biotechnology consultancy services to private individuals and private / public client organizations.
