NABDA KICKS OFF STAFF CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

The Director General National Biotechnology Development Agency, (NABDA) Prof Bamidele Solomon, Today identified capacity building as key on the agency’s development Agenda.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 3 day in- house training workshop on “Towards Understanding Administrative procedures for effective and efficient Office Management: A panacea for the Accomplishment of Organizational Goals”, Prof Solomon reiterated  that the agency will not relent on building up capacity of staff both individual and collectively.

The NABDA boss explained that a skilled and well developed workforce ias a formidable and veritable asset for sustainable growth and productivity in any organization. He stressed that even management Staff would not be left out as a training retreat would soon be organized for them. He added that due to the young nature of the Agency, a lot of training and retraining is needed to build up staff that would effectively deliver the mandate of the agency.
