Membership will consist of officials from Ministries constituting the

1. Ministers’ Council in addition to Chairman

2. Committee of Directors of Research Institutes' (CODRI)

3. Representative from each of the Universities

4. Manufactures Association of Nigeria (MAN)

5. National Association of Chambers of Commerce

6. Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA).

7. Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology

8. Chief Executive of the Biotechnology Development Agency

These group are to serve as the Chairman and Secretary of this Technical Committee respectively.
